How to use our files
To use our Storyline characters, you will need to have both your Storyline project file and our Storyline file open. Then you can copy the assets or characters and paste them into your project file… easy as that!

To use these files, you will first check the Character Sheet to see the list of assets available for you to use; then, all you have to do is insert the PNG/GIF file in your project as an image.
Asset modification
Absolutely! At e-Learning assets, we exist to provide the assets you need. You can customize the colors, poses, gestures, and animations of your purchased graphic assets.
Not to worry! We have the resources to get you the custom asset or character you need for your project. Please leave us a message on our “Contact Us” page requesting the changes you would like to see made, and we will get back to you regarding your custom asset shortly!

Terms of use
Yes, a commercial license for one user is included. This ensures you have proprietary and exclusive access to the character you choose, preserving the unique feel and design of your e-learning project!
Unfortunately not. The asset you purchased is licensed for one user only, but that’s a good thing! This protects your intellectual property and the unique value of your project.
Please read our Purchase Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of the conditions which apply to you when purchasing assets via the E-Learning Assets website (our Website).
Your use of our Website and any order you place each constitute your agreement to be bound by these Purchase Terms (these Terms), which form the agreement between Jessica Susila trading as E-Learning Assets A.B.N.54 468 073 272 (we, us, our, or E-Learning Assets) and you.
PURCHASES
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. We may require you to provide additional details to verify your order. Please email us immediately if you realise that you have entered incorrect delivery information after submitting your order.
PRICE
All prices quoted on our Website, or otherwise given to you in response to any enquiry that you may make with us, are in US dollars. Prices are exclusive of GST and GST may be payable in addition to the price quoted. There may be additional international transaction fees and credit card fees which you are responsible for paying. The prices displayed on our Website are subject to change without notice to you.
PAYMENT
E-Learning Assets accepts payment via credit card (via Shopify) and any other payment method agreed by us. In paying or attempting to pay for the asseets, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law. If we do not receive cleared funds within 48 hours of you submitting your order, we will email you at the email address nominated in your order to communicate about your payment. We may choose to cancel your order.
SECURITY
We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we make every effort to provide you with a safe and stress-free online shopping experience. We do not store your credit card details at any time. Our Website is Level 1 PCI compliant and uses 256-bit SSL certificates to keep order details secure, so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured at all times.
ASSETS
Descriptions and representations of Assets are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any Assets, at any time. We make every reasonable effort to display the Assets as accurately as
possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display any colors and images accurately.
DELIVERY OF ASSETS
Upon receiving your payment of the purchase price for any Assets, you will receive a download link to access an electronic copy of your purchased Asset/s.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time without being obliged to provide a reason. If we need to cancel your order, we will contact
you and arrange a refund of the money you have paid. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Assets subject to your order, E-Learning Assets may cancel your order, or part of your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation. You are not permitted to cancel an order, unless expressly agreed to in writing by E-Learning Assets.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
E-Learning Assets owns all intellectual property rights, including copyright, which subsists in all Assets displayed on our Website. You agree and acknowledge
that in exchange for paying the purchase price for any Assets, you will be granted with a non-exclusive licence to access and use any purchased Asset/s.
You must not:
reproduce or use the Assets or any of the material on our Website for commercial purposes, including sale to any third party; or cause any of the material on our Website to be framed or embedded in another website.
In summary, you must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, on sell, licence, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute the Assets, in any way, except as expressly authorised by us, in writing. In the event that you do any of the
aforementioned acts, we will not hesitate to enforce our intellectual property rights against you.
INDEMNITY
By purchasing the Assets and/or using our Website, you agree to indemnify us from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, costs or
expenses (whether in tort or in contract including and without limitation, negligence) arising out of or in any way connected to your use of the Assets and our Website.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We do not warrant that the quality of any Assets, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained via our Website will meet your expectations, or that any errors will be corrected. We only agree to issue you with a refund, if required to do so to comply with the Australian Consumer Law.
CONSENT
By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to receiving further electronic communications from us in relation to the E-Learning Assets business, including information relating to assets, illustrations, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may email us to unsubscribe at any time.
VARIATIONS
We reserve the right at all times to make changes to these Terms. Any variations to these Terms will take effect from posting on our Website. The Purchase Terms which apply at the time you place an order are those that govern that order.
GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Queensland, Australia govern these Terms. Where the Australian Consumer Law is applicable to your use of the Website or purchase of Assets, our policies are to be read subject to that law, with any modifications set out in our policies which are not made contrary to that law. Any provision of these Terms that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction is ineffective as to that jurisdiction to the extent of the prohibition or unenforceability. That does not invalidate the remaining provisions of these Terms or affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.
